May was another strong and rewarding month for the mixed JDL program, with all squads continuing to show excellent progress in their development. Across all training sessions and match days, players demonstrated a strong commitment to improvement, while coaches noted significant strides in both individual and team-based performance.
Over the course of the four match days in May, the program recorded an impressive tally of over 200 goals. This remarkable achievement highlights not only our attacking flair and finishing quality but also the teamwork and creativity that have been central to our playing style. Players are consistently applying what they’ve learned in training—moving the ball quickly, finding space, and executing with confidence in the final third.
In June, we had a number of high-quality match days on the calendar, providing further opportunities for players to challenge themselves and test their skills in competitive settings. At the same time, preparation is already underway for tournament football scheduled during the July school holidays. These upcoming tournaments will offer a fantastic platform for players to gain valuable experience in a condensed, high-intensity format.
Looking ahead, training will continue to be focused and intense, with a strong emphasis on detail and player development.
